Analogue simulation

When the temperature is too high or too low, our fermentation tank will start the aeration device to maintain the temperature. What we use is an integrated heater, not a simple resistance wire heating. Our temperature can be set.

 

Accurate calculation of gas distribution axis, even mixing and oxygen filling
Mixing uniformity is one of the important factors of fermentation quality. We have set up a multi-layer mixing shaft inside, and each mixing shaft has been accurately calculated, and these shafts can bear large force without deformation. The fermenter is aerated while stirring.
