What is In-vessel Composting?
 
Compost Bioreactor are enclosed compost in vessels. They are developed for collection, storage andfermentation of organic solid wastes or feed. The machine can process materialsuch as soybean meal, manioc meal and rice bran into high quality feed. It canalso process other material including animal manure, kitchen residue, garbage,sludge and garden waste etc., especially suitable for those applications which have to meet strict environment protection standards.
The machine is made up of tank, uploader, agitator, aeration system, discharge outlet and biofilter for deodorization. Material is lifted and loaded into thetank, where it will be turned by the rotor and fermented as the aeration system blowing fresh air regularly. The product can be discharged from the outlet at the bottom.

Technological principle
The waste (livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge, etc.), biomass (straw and sawdust, etc.) and reflux materials are mixed evenly in a certain proportion to make the moisture content reach 60% - 65% and then enter the aerobic fermentation system. By adjusting the moisture, oxygen content and temperature changes of the raw materials, the materials are fully aerobic fermentation decomposed. The heat released in the decomposition process can make As the temperature of sludge increases, the maximum temperature can reach 80%. With the increase of temperature, the moisture of materials is evaporated, and some organic matters are decomposed, so that the volume is reduced and the purpose of reduction is achieved. The Intelligent Composting System controls the temperature at 55-60 ℃ (the most suitable temperature for fermentation) through ventilation, oxygenation, agitation and other functions to achieve the best temperature for fermentation treatment of materials. At this temperature, it can make a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasites in the material heap die. At the same time, the biological deodorization system is used to deodorize the discharged gas to achieve harmless treatment Goals. The materials after high temperature aerobic fermentation can be used for soil improvement, landscaping, landfill and covering soil, and processing into organic fertilizer and other products..

In Vessel Composting Process

 

In vessel composter adopts the microbial aerobic fermentation that microorganisms can make full use of organic matter and residual protein in animal manure, and reproduce rapidly under certain conditions of temperature, humidity and sufficient oxygen. During the reproductive processes, microorganisms consume the organic matter, protein and oxygen of the manure, thus metabolize into ammonia, Co2 and ater vapor. Meanwhile, large amount of heat is released that can raise the temperature of tank.

It is mainly composed of the fermentation chamber, hoisting system, high-pressure air supply system drive system, hydraulic power system, deodorization system, discharging system and automatic control system. Adopt PLC programmed control, the process of feeding, fermentation, temperature control and discharging is automatically completed.
