Super Rotary Sludge Dryer is a newly developed sludge recycling technology by Benenv.We have over 40 years experience on sludge drier and carbonizer.It is the result of the painstaking efforts of Japanese experts and Chinese professors in incineration, drying, carbonization field. This device uses clean energy as heating & drying energy, and direct heating method, during which no dioxins and other toxic substances are produced.
Compared with direct sludge incineration, super rotary dryer requires less energy with low carbon emissions, in line with national low-carbon environmental requirements.
Unique mixing and crushing device to obtain even powder and granular products
The super sludge dryer is equipped with a unique crushing and stirring device in the drying cylinder, and the rotatable cylinder itself has the function of crushing and stirring. The crushing and stirring device can crush and disperse the sticky and massive materials, so as to increase the contact efficiency of hot air, and the cylinder can obtain the dry finished products with uniform quality (particle size of 1-5mm) in a short time.
No bond problem
The characteristics of sludge are very sticky, and there is a special sticky phase in the drying process (moisture content is 40% - 60%). In this very narrow transition section, the sludge is very easy to agglomerate, the surface is hard and hard to crush, but the inside is still slime. However, the equipment has a unique crushing and stirring device. When the sludge is dried in the cylinder, the device will rotate at a high speed, and the sludge in the sticky phase will be completely crushed into small particles, so as to improve the drying efficiency.
Large thermal capacity coefficient and high thermal efficiency
Through the composite effect of crushing and stirring device and cylinder rotation, the total heat transfer coefficient is increased to 2-3 times of that of ordinary rotary dryer (UA = 200-600w / m2k).
Controllable moisture content and wide application
Due to the change of exhaust temperature with the change of evaporation, the device adopts corresponding control measures in the design and construction to cope with the change so as to ensure the control and management of product moisture content. Therefore, the device can be applied to materials with different properties, floccules and lumps, etc.
Easy to operate and maintain
The mechanism is simple, few parts need to be tested and easy to maintain. The operator uses the touch operation panel for production operation. If there is a fault, there will be a fault prompt on the operation panel.
Energy saving and high economic added value
After the material is crushed, the contact area between the material and the hot air is increased, the hot air is fully utilized, and the exhaust hot air is recycled, which greatly reduces the energy consumption. The dried product is a particle with a particle size of 1-5mm and high calorific value. If it is processed, it can be used as fuel.
